Property Owner Cost Breakdown

At Trade Management Partners our main objective is to provide a professional and transparent experience for all our property owners and tenants built on trust and collaboration.

TMP pricing structure is as follows:

• Management: 10% of gross rent collected during occupancy. Minimum of $100
• New Tenant Leases: 1 Months’ Rent
• Lease Renewals: $250 flat fee for annual lease renewal
• One Time Setup Fee: $250 per property
• Maintenance “Escrow” Account: $300 Minimum balance must be always kept for maintenance
• Maintenance: TMP maintenance contractor fee + pass through cost of material.

Optional additional services based on request:

• Annual Property Review: Annual property condition review by licensed home inspection company
